• Patrol twister frames and carry out twisting and plying procedures.
• Inspect for defective bobbins and repack creel yarns.
• Maintain cleanliness of the machine and complete paperwork according to ISO standards.

Job description

Responsibilities

While working safely, the Twister Operator will patrol twister frames, carrying out the twisting and plying procedures as well as placing specifications on the twisting frames and verifying the quality of the product in the event of machine failure. The Twister Operator will also inspect for defective bobbins and repack creel yarns into boxes using the proper handling methods. They will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their machine at all times, following the weekly TPM cleaning audit schedule, completing all paperwork and maintaining all records according to ISO standards. They may be asked to work in creeling when needed. Other duties as assigned.
