RTX in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Electronics Technician for onsite work at our MRO facility. The role focuses on testing and troubleshooting electronic units for aircraft components, following prescribed test procedures and operating various test stands.

Responsibilities include interpreting maintenance manuals and schematics, recording results, and communicating status to the team. Candidates should have a HS diploma and 2+ years of related experience; electrical tech certification is

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent or vocational/technical education is required with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience reading schematics, blueprints, or technical drawings.
• Experience using multimeters or oscilloscopes.

Responsibilities

• Test a variety of electronic units using prescribed test procedures.
• Set up and operate test stands.
• Configure test equipment for special tests as needed.
• Interpret and record test results.
• Identify and isolate test equipment failures.
• Troubleshoot electronic units to sub-assembly level using diagnostic tools.
• Read and interpret technical data such as maintenance manuals and schematics.
• Communicate work status to team members and support staff.
• Work shift: 3rd Shift: Mon–Thu, 8:00 pm – 6:00 am.
