The DAVIS Companies in Andover, MA is hiring an Entry Level Assembler for the 3rd shift. You will assemble and test units in a cleanroom environment, following strict specifications to ensure product quality for sensor technology.

English reading/writing is required, with overtime available. Base pay is $18 with a 20% shift differential totaling $21.60 per hour, plus a $600 retention bonus after 1040 hours of work.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, speak and write in English.
• Experience using Windows-based computers preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform electronic, electro-mechanical and mechanical assembly operations.
• Follow wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing procedures.
• Set up and adjust work to meet blueprint tolerances.
• Test equipment and products as required.
• Work in a cleanroom environment to sustain quality standards.
