Job summary

Randstad USA in Pawtucket, RI is seeking production assemblers to hand-assemble electrodes, components, and sub-assemblies following SOPs. You will stage materials, log production data, and contribute to continuous line efficiency.

Hours are 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM. You will perform inline checks, document discrepancies, and rework as needed while upholding 5S and safety standards in a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to assemble products according to specifications following SOPs (standard operating procedures).
• Attention to quality with inline checks, logging discrepancies, and rework when needed.
• Adherence to 5S and safety standards to keep work area clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrodes, components, and sub-assemblies by hand using standard tools according to SOPs.
• Stage raw materials and clear workstations between runs; load lines as required.
• Log output numbers and shift production data with accuracy.
• Identify line bottlenecks, resolve assembly errors, and mentor onboarding operators.
• Perform routine in-line checks to spot defects and rework parts as needed.
• Take on ad-hoc production and assembly duties as assigned by lead or supervisor.
