Green Bay Packaging - Folding Carton is hiring a 3rd Shift Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support the plant's electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. The role emphasizes preventive and predictive maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement across critical facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial electrical and/or mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and install all electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Inspect and assess functionality of critical facility systems (HVAC, air compressors, and humidification systems).
• Fabricate parts for repairs and machine upgrades.
• Fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
• Maintain tool accountability and comply with GMP standards.
• Assist with general facilities and grounds maintenance.
