Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to oversee installation and maintenance of plant support systems and process machinery. You will ensure smooth operation, install new equipment, perform regular services, and troubleshoot breakdowns using a wide range of tools.

Responsibilities include maintaining electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, reading blueprints, and submitting maintenance reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 3+ years of professional experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical, mechanical, fluid, or control systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and install electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Install new production support systems and process machinery.
• Inspect and assess functionality of critical facility systems (HVAC, air compressors, humidification).
• Communicate and schedule production impacts with the production team.
• Fabricate parts for repairs and machine upgrades.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints and work instructions.
• Prepare and submit maintenance reports.
• Address safety hazards to prevent injuries.
• Maintain tool accountability and GMP compliance.
• Assist with facilities and grounds maintenance.
