Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Swing Industrial Electrician/Electrical Mechanical Technician for our Monroe, NC facility. This full-time role operates on a 3rd shift (11pm–7am) and focuses on maintenance, installation support, and repair of production systems.

The candidate will read wiring diagrams, troubleshoot electronics, and program PLCs. 3+ years of Electrical/Mechanical maintenance, PLC training, and CAD familiarity are desired, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
At least 3 years of electrical/mechanical maintenance experience.
PLC training or experience with PLCs is preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot complex problems in electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Program and troubleshoot PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
Install electrical systems, control panels, and motor drives.
Assist electrical repairs 120-480V and motor replacements.
Review work orders and update the system (Limble).
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and inspections.
Use power tools and measuring devices safely; respond to emergencies.
