Staffmark Group is hiring an Electrical Mechanical Technician for a direct hire in Hampshire, IL. The role covers preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.

Candidate will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, read blueprints, and collaborate with production teams to keep downtime minimal. The position offers a 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 8 AM-5 PM) with standard benefits and a shift premium.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and maintenance docs.
• Technical training in industrial maintenance, electrical or mechanical systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and process-related equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Fabricate, modify, install, and assemble mechanical, electrical, and industrial control system components.
• Collaborate with production personnel to maintain equipment reliability and production efficiency.
