Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate and maintain canning and filling equipment.
• Commitment to food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate canning and filling equipment to quality and safety standards.
• Assist the Canner Operator to maintain product quality and seal integrity.
• Thoroughly clean equipment between runs and assist with changeovers.
• Lubricate and service the canner as needed during production.
• Communicate issues to maintenance and coordinate with the incoming shift.
• Complete usage sheets and document material handling accurately.
• Work to adhere to plant safety rules and regulatory requirements.
