AFP Advanced Food Products LLC is seeking a Dole Operator for the 2nd shift (2p-10p) in Clear Lake, WI. You will operate canning and filling equipment, support quality and package integrity, and assist with changeovers and maintenance coordination.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, the ability to work extended hours, and flexibility for alternating shifts. Benefits and competitive pay are provided by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Operate canning and filling equipment to quality and safety standards.
• Assist Canner Operator with product quality and packaging ends/seams.
• Clean the canner thoroughly after production runs.
• Lubricate the canner before and during production as needed.
• Support changeovers, shutdowns, and startups.
• Inform maintenance of machine issues and assist with fixes.
• Complete cover usage sheets and communicate shift handoffs.
• Follow plant safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
