BSP Trans, Inc. is hiring for a Full-Time Dock Worker / Forklift Operator on the 3rd shift, starting at 2:00 AM in Bangor, ME. The role includes unloading/loading freight, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, and maintaining safe, orderly dock operations.

Qualifications emphasize reliability, teamwork, and the ability to lift heavy items; a county background check is required during onboarding. Compensation begins at $23.00 per hour plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or dock environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must complete a county-level background check during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment.
• Load and unload trailers and secure freight inside trailers.
• Ensure freight is properly positioned and secured.
• Perform warehouse and dock operations following safety policies.
