Job summary

McCormick & Company, Inc. is hiring full-time Distribution Technicians for the Maryland Logistics Center in Sparrows Point, MD. You will pick/pack, operate pallet jacks and VMCs, and use SAP for inventory control in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role requires accuracy, strong teamwork, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work the 3rd shift Sun-Thu 10PM-6AM with a 10% differential; a $500 sign-on bonus is offered after six months.

Qualifications

• Able to read, interpret, and follow complex procedures.
• Learn to operate equipment including motorized pallet jacks and charging systems.
• Work to meet performance standards and schedules.
• Must communicate effectively and work OT as needed.
• Regular onsite attendance and safety compliance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Pick/pack/stage customer orders accurately using RF scanner and VMC.
• Operate equipment including motorized pallet jacks, wrappers, and pallet dispensers as needed.
• Use SAP inventory system and document safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Perform general warehouse duties, sanitation, and audits as required.
• Attend startup meetings and participate in team projects as directed.
