Job summary

Granger is seeking a qualified Fleet Diesel Mechanic for the 3rd shift to inspect, diagnose and repair diesel trucks and heavy equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot engines and electrical systems, and document repairs in our fleet maintenance software.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing diesel trucks and heavy equipment.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Commitment to safety, quality and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and repair diesel trucks and heavy equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and annual inspections.
• Troubleshoot engine and electrical systems including ECMs and TCMs.
• Utilize fleet maintenance software to document repairs and history.
• Maintain a clean, safe and efficient work environment.
