Job summary

Bocar US in Tanner, Alabama is hiring Production & Die Cast Technicians for third shift. This direct-hire role involves loading and unloading castings, operating automated equipment, inspecting quality, and supporting maintenance and packaging.

Strong attention to detail, basic math, and the ability to read and communicate in English are required. Manufacturing experience and use of hand/pneumatic tools are preferred; the environment is non-climate controlled and offers a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic math skills required.
• Comfortable using hand tools and pneumatic tools.
• Ability to lift up to 22 pounds repeatedly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload aluminum castings from automated production equipment.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
• Operate and monitor automated manufacturing and die casting equipment.
• Deburr, straighten, polish, and finish castings using pneumatic tools and hand tools.
• Document production results and quality checks.
• Perform basic equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Pack and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
