Qualifications

  • Entry level role or 1 year of experience in maintenance, automation, or a similar technical role.
  • Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience using tools to troubleshoot, repair and resolve maintenance issues.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect facility, grounds, building systems, equipment, and AutoStore; monitor performance and address issues.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, generators) to keep operations running.
  • Maintain testing and service for Fire/Life Safety systems; ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Maintain appearance and functionality of the facility, including lighting, minor repairs, cleaning, and upkeep.
  • Support day-to-day facility needs, including moves, equipment/furniture setup, spill cleanup, and general maintenance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and ongoing services (landscaping, janitorial, waste removal).
  • Keep organized, clean, and safe work areas; store tools and equipment.
  • Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation for building systems and equipment.
  • Identify, report, address safety hazards, and follow all safety policies and PPE requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.

This position is responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and repair of the facility and equipment, along with its systems, and related events.
