The role requires physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs, willingness to learn, teamwork, and precise data entry on production sheets. Candidates should be able to read worksheets and thrive in a fast-paced dairy manufacturing

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 20–100 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.
• Ability to follow GMP, SOP, HACCP, SSOP and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain machines across departments.
• Make adjustments and handle minor repairs and changeovers.
• Maintain production records and documentation.
• Operate metal detectors and perform quality checks.
• Monitor line quality and ensure sanitary conditions.
• Enter data on production reports and follow safety policies.
• Participate in safety meetings and adhere to company policies.
