Mclane Company, Inc. in Columbus, Ohio is hiring a 3rd Shift Cycle Counter (JR110208) to provide timely and accurate inventory accounting in a cold storage warehouse.

The position supports production by conducting cycle counts, reporting damage, and verifying receiving quantities while adhering to safety and quality standards. The role offers a starting wage of $21.00 per hour, Sunday through Thursday schedule, start time at 10:00 pm, with benefits beginning after 60 days, vacation and sick

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a functional level.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily location cycle counts and daily local purchase counts.
• Perform daily damage reporting and data sheet entry.
• Perform critical counts/shorts and warehouse out of stocks.
• Compile and submit daily out of stock/ship confirmation reports.
• Verify bill of lading and receiving quantity.
• Additional duties and/or special projects may be assigned at the position supervisor's discretion.

The Cycle Counter I provides timely and accurate accounting of inventory while obtaining product based on need.

Benefits you can count on:

• Pay rate: $21.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Sunday through Thursday
• Start time: 10:00 pm until the end of production. Once production is met, the shift is released.
• Position is located in a cold storage facility and requires prolonged exposure to cold temperatures.
