Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cleaner for the 3rd shift to perform a variety of custodial duties at our Los Angeles area facilities. You will follow established standards and procedures while maintaining a clean, safe environment for occupants.

Typical duties include sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, window cleaning, bathroom restocking, trash collection, and reporting any maintenance issues to supervision.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities require no previous experience.
• Ability to take direction and to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors, and other surfaces inside buildings.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean daily.
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies daily.
• Monitor defects and report to supervisors.
• Collect and dispose of building trash daily.
• Perform high-dusting and other periodic tasks as assigned.
