Custodian

Distribution Center Address: 4900 Clay Ave Wyoming, MI

Pay: Starting at $18.06/hour (includes a $1.00 2nd shift premium)

• Plus, monthly performance incentives

Work Schedule:

• Sunday - Thursday work week, with Friday and Saturday off
• 2nd Shift - 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM

Gordon Food Service takes pride in delivering seamless order processing and delivery to our customers. Our warehouse staff is the backbone of our success. As a custodian, you'll support our team by maintaining the buildings to ensure clean, organized operations. Your duties will include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, emptying trash, clearing snow, and maintaining landscaping. You can expect to work in extreme temperatures (-25F to 100F) in the distribution center. No experience is required — we will train you!

Does this look like you?

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed — holidays are very important to our customers!
• Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions (-25F to 100F).
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English (to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, company website information, complete paperwork, and follow verbal instructions).
• Successfully pass a drug test and background check.
