Wally's in Pontiac, IL is seeking a Cooler Stocking Specialist for the 3rd shift to keep beverage and refrigerated sections fully stocked and guest-ready. This hands-on role collaborates with Inventory and Convenience Store teams to move products from deliveries to the sales floor.

You'll follow FIFO, maintain clean shelves, and build displays. The job requires standing, lifting 10–25 pounds, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organization.

• Prior stocking, inventory, or retail experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Stock beverage, dairy, and refrigerated items in coolers throughout the day.
• Rotate products using FIFO to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
• Maintain clean, organized cooler shelves and display promotions.
• Receive and store cooler inventory and move products from storage to sales floor.
• Keep work areas clean and follow food safety and temperature standards.
• Collaborate with Inventory, Convenience Store, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
