You will train on 1st shift for 2–3 weeks, then work the 3rd shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with overtime and some weekend work. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to stand for long periods

Qualifikationen

• Strong attention to detail and ability to read and follow instructions.
• Solid work history with reliable attendance.
• Previous cell or manufacturing experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Operate the molding press or water jet in compression molding cells.
• Support changeovers, start-up, and shut-down activities.
• Stage in-process and finished goods; transport materials between cells.
• Perform quality inspections and document production data.
• Assist multiple cells to meet productivity and waste targets.
• Train as backup to second/third shift setup personnel.
• Maintain safety, PPE, and housekeeping in a fast-paced environment.
