Job summary

Pro Resources Inc. seeks a 2nd Shift Compression Molding Utility Operator to join a cross-functional production team in Indiana. The role rotates through cells, assists with staging, operation of molding presses and water jet equipment, and supports changeovers and start-up/shut-down procedures.

Training on 1st shift may be required for 1–2 weeks. The candidate will perform quality inspections, maintain safety and cleanliness, and help meet productivity goals while providing coverage during

Qualifications

• Must have forklift experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or production is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between positions in the Compression Molding cells.
• Stage in-process materials and finished goods.
• Operate molding presses and water jet equipment.
• Transport materials to and from production cells.
• Assist with changeovers and start-up/shut-down procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and timely.
• Perform quality inspections and meet productivity targets.
• Provide backup support to the Setup Person as needed.
