Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Minnesota is seeking a Compounder to support the production line on 3rd shift, blending and batching according to GMPs. You will operate automated equipment, perform quality checks, maintain batch records, and help meet the production schedule while ensuring a clean, safe work environment.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, strong reading/comprehension of English, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a forklift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Read, write and understand English.
• Basic math skills including fractions/decimals.
• Must be able to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to operate a forklift (sit-down or standing).

Responsibilities

• Blends production batches.
• Operates automated production line equipment.
• Completes batch records per GMPs.
• Meets production schedule and performance metrics.
• Sanitizes production tanks and lines.
• Maintains clean, safe, and sanitary environment.
