Medline Industries, LP in Minnesota is seeking a Compounder to support the production line on 3rd shift, blending and batching according to GMPs. You will operate automated equipment, perform quality checks, maintain batch records, and help meet the production schedule while ensuring a clean, safe work environment.
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, strong reading/comprehension of English, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a forklift.

As a Compounder, you'll help keep production running smoothly by mixing products, operating equipment, performing quality checks, handling materials, and maintaining accurate documentation. This hands-on role is critical to ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient production of products healthcare providers rely on every day.
Job Description
3rd Shift Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 11pm - 7:30am (Train 1st or 2nd Shift)
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Blends production batches.
2. Performs machine operation for automated production line
3. Completes batch records with the use of GMPs.
4 .Meet Production Schedule and performance metrics
5. Sanitize production tanks and lines for manufacturing of a medical device
6. Ability to operate a stand-up and sit-down forklift
7. Maintain a clean, safe and sanitary environment.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$21.25 - $30.75 Hourly
The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
