Job summary

ResourceMFG is seeking a motivated Compounder for the 3rd Shift in California. The role focuses on preparing and blending raw materials according to formulas while upholding safety and quality standards.

Key duties include setting up equipment, weighing ingredients, following batch records, and learning batch formulas under guidance from senior staff. Prior production experience is preferred, and the shift runs from 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing, compounding, blending, batching, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately measure and weigh ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare equipment for product compounding and manufacturing operations.
• Accurately weigh and measure raw materials according to production formulas and batch records.
• Perform compounding operations under the guidance of senior compounders and production leadership.
• Learn and follow batch formulas, including mixing instructions, heating and cooling processes, and operation of specialized manufacturing equipment.
• Verify raw materials prior to use and ensure ingredients match batch specifications.
• Understand various chemicals, ingredients, and container types used in the manufacturing process.
• Previous manufacturing, compounding, blending, batching, or production experience preferred
• Ability to accurately measure and weigh ingredients.

NOW HIRING: Compounder | 3rd Shift

A large manufacturing company is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Compounders to join its 3rd Shift team. This position is responsible for preparing and blending raw materials according to manufacturing formulas while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.

Shift: 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM

Pay: DOE (Depending on Experience)
