American Tactical, Inc. seeks a CNC Machine Operator to support the CNC Machining/Production team. You will work with Tsugami, Swiss-style machines, Haas lathes with live tooling, and Okuma mills, reading drawings and using precision gauges. High school diploma required and background/drug screen will be conducted.

The role requires strong math, organizational skills, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Overtime and Saturday availability may be needed to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Experience in a CNC Machine Shop Production environment preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings.
• Ability to read/use micrometers and calipers (inch).
• Maintain a safe and clean workstation.

Responsabilités

• Operate Tsugami and/or Swiss style machines.
• Operate Haas lathes with live tooling.
• Operate Okuma vertical and/or horizontal mills.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings.

The CNC Machine Operator works under the supervision of the CNC Production Manager and/or appointed Shift Leaders. This position is a member of the CNC Machining/Production team for the company. They assist manufacturing and management of serialized and non-serialized inventory; and assist in other areas as needed for the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

Functions and Duties (Preferred):

• Tsugami and/or any swiss style machines.
• Haas lathes with live tooling.
• Okuma Vertical and Horizontal mills.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
• Read and use manual micrometers and calipers in inch measurements
• Maintain a safe and clean work station.
