Eastridge Workforce Solutions seeks a Machinist II for the Cincinnati, OH area on the 3rd shift. The role focuses on setting up and operating CNC lathes, reading and editing G-code/M-code at the machine, and maintaining tight tolerances on precision components.

The ideal candidate has hands-on CNC lathe experience, 3+ years in manufacturing, and a strong eye for detail. This is an on-site position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• 1+ year hands-on CNC machining experience.
• CNC lathe experience required.
• Reading and editing G-code and M-code at the machine control.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and other CNC equipment per blueprints and production needs.
• Read, understand, and edit CNC programs at the machine (G-code/M-code).
• Troubleshoot issues and adjust programs, tooling, offsets, or machines as needed.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring tools and ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain quality, safety, and teamwork, supporting continuous improvement.
