Dentsply Sirona, a global leader in dental products, seeks a CNC Machine Operator for Johnson City, TN, 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 11:00 pm–7:00 am). The role focuses on grinding endodontic files using Beckhoff CNCs, with TPM responsibilities and strict QC checks.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; technical degree a plus.
• Six months to 1 year of CNC/machine operation experience.
• Ability to read shop orders and set up machines.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and adjust CNC machines per specifications.
• Monitor machine operations and perform adjustments.
• Inspect endodontic files for conformance with specs.
• Perform TPM at start-up and maintain 5S/6S housekeeping.
• Mount tooling and manage changeovers as required.
