Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Machinist to set up and operate manual and CNC machines to produce varied parts that meet strict quality standards. You will read complex drawings, adjust tools, and maintain tight tolerances while performing first/last piece inspections in a bustling production cell.

Preferred candidates have 2+ years of CNC/machining experience, VSafety and Lean manufacturing familiarity, and solid GD&T knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required from an accredited institution.
• Certificate or AAS in Machining/Manufacturing Technology is desired.
• 2+ years of related CNC and/or machining experience, including set ups, adjustments, speeds and feeds, measurements.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run and adjust machine tools and equipment to achieve size, finish and tolerance.
• Operate multiple machines in a cell to meet production goals.
• Inspect first and last piece to ensure conformance to drawings.
• Debug and edit CNC programs with Manufacturing Engineering guidance.
• Follow standard work procedures and maintain 6S housekeeping.
