Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Morristown, TN,is seeking a manufacturing technician for 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 10:30pm–6:30am). You will operate the shop floor data system, read product criteria, and handle CNC-related tasks in a precision environment.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and be comfortable with basic measuring tools, quality inspection, and TPM procedures. We value reliability and teamwork in a metal manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand written English instructions.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate shop floor data system for labor tracking.
• Perform pre-shift die inspection and TPM checks.
• Visually inspect components for defects per criteria.
• Follow safety policies and maintain clean work area.
• Collaborate with leadership on problem solving.
