Primary duties include aqueous ultrasonic cleaning, laser marking, soldering, wirebonding, alignment, vacuum packaging, and documentation for travelers and WIP tracking. Cleanroom experience and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Typically 2–4 years of technical/related experience.
• Attention to detail is essential in a cleanroom environment.
• Cleanroom protocol knowledge is required.
• Experience handling ESD sensitive hardware is needed.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must read/write English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform Aqueous ultrasonic cleaning operations.
• Conduct laser marking and getter welding as part of assembly.
• Carry out adhesive die bonding and wirebonding tasks.
• Perform pull testing and alignment measurements.
• Assist in vacuum packaging and multipart testing/calibration.
• Operate stereo zoom microscope and document work for travelers and WIP tracking.
