Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield's C&W Services is seeking a Temporary Cleaner for the 3rd shift in Boston. You will perform a wide range of custodial tasks under supervision, following established standards and procedures.

Responsibilities include floor care, window cleaning, restocking supplies, trash removal, and reporting maintenance needs. No prior experience is required; you must work well in a team and stay energetic and organized.

Qualifications

• Requires attention to detail and a pride in delivering excellent service.
• Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces in buildings.
• Vacuum rugs, shampoo as directed, dust furniture and fixtures.
• Wash bathrooms and restock paper supplies daily.
• Monitor defects (clogged urinals, lights out) and report to supervisors.
• Collect and dispose of building trash daily and replace liners.
