Job summary

Xerox Corporation is seeking a safety-focused and detail-oriented Chemical Operator to join our manufacturing team in Colorado. You will produce toner and photoconductor drums using automated equipment, maintain records, and support a safe, efficient environment. Weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand, crouch, lift, push, and pull materials and equipment of varying sizes and weights.
• Flexibility to work weekends based on production demands.
• Ability to work non-rotating shift schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Ability to accurately document production information and communicate effectively with team members.
• Forklift experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture toner and photoconductor drums from raw materials to finished products by following established procedures.
• Operate highly automated production equipment while maintaining product quality and production efficiency.
• Collect production samples and accurately record production data and documentation.
• Perform daily safety inspections and routine maintenance checks on production equipment.
• Clean and maintain production equipment, workstations, and tools to support safe and efficient operations.
• Support inventory accuracy by maintaining material and supply counts for manufacturing areas.
• Prepare work areas for incoming shifts and document shift activities to ensure effective communication between teams.
• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts as required.
• Review daily company communications and comply with all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
