Job summary

Xerox in Colorado is seeking a Process Operator to manufacture toner and photoconductor drums from raw materials to finished goods using highly automated equipment. The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, follow established procedures, and maintain strict safety and quality standards.

Flexibility to work weekends is required, with a non-rotational third shift from 11:00pm to 7:30am (Sunday through Friday).

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all tasks in a safe and accurate manner.
• Flexibility to work in multiple areas as business needs change.
• Produce quality products according to company procedure and policies.
• Use a variety of personnel protective equipment as required by position.
• Adhere to all safety requirements throughout the shift and perform daily safety and maintenance checks on equipment.
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of production equipment, work surfaces, and tools.
• Ability to stand, crouch, lift, push and pull items and equipment of varying weights and sizes.
• Ensure work areas are set for oncoming shifts and properly document daily shift notes for communication to oncoming employees.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts of supplies and materials for the manufacturing areas.
• Stand-Up and Sit-Down Fork Truck operation.
• Check email and corporate communications daily.
