Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with in-house maintenance personnel.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, basic troubleshooting, minor maintenance and repairs per SOPs.
• Move, reposition, assemble, and install small equipment and facility items using hand/power tools.
• Support VCMP utility and support systems through inspections, preventive maintenance and alarm response.
• Work third shift to monitor facility conditions and coordinate with skilled-trade personnel for major repairs.
• Maintain equipment logbooks and maintenance records with clear documentation.
