Job summary

ST Engineering MRAS in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Bonding Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift (10pm-6:30am). You will direct a union hourly team, coordinate production schedules, and drive safety, quality and productivity improvements. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience, and export-control eligibility under U.S.

law. Strong problem solving and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years leadership experience.
• Export control: U.S. Person status required.
• Experience in production/manufacturing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide technical, quality, and production leadership to Cells/Teams.
• Schedule resources and facilitate flow of hardware to meet requirements.
• Support process improvement to reduce cycle time and losses.
• Gather data and report on metrics for responsible areas.
• Direct union hourly team within the cell and participate in activities.
• Perform administrative duties: timecards, vouchers, audits, absences.
• Coach and counsel employees on performance and development.
• Mentor team in safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
• Review production orders and implement production schedules.
