Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial boiler systems preferred.
• Ability to monitor gauges, controls, and water quality.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Start, monitor, and adjust boiler controls to maintain optimal pressure, temperature, and efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance, such as cleaning and lubricating components, to ensure proper functioning.
• Identify and diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations, and ensure the system operates within environmental standards.
• Test and treat boiler water to prevent corrosion and maintain optimal water quality.
• Maintain detailed logs of operational data, performance, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor various gauges, meters, and control systems for proper operation.
