Job summary

New Weds Foods is seeking a team lead to learn and perform all jobs within the department, stepping in to relieve employees during breaks and acting as the team lead during non-break periods. You will learn to operate all equipment in the department and support daily production goals.

The role requires lifting up to 80 lbs, standing for long periods, and willingness to work 12-hour shifts including weekends. Training will cover sanitation, reporting, and labor documentation processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+ months experience in a food production environment
• Must lift up to 80 lbs
• Ability to operate computer to enter/run reports
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts and weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead employees in production to meet/exceed standards
• Operate all department equipment and keep line running
• Prepare and complete paperwork and reports
• Enforce sanitation requirements
• Teach procedures and verify compliance
• Plan work assignments and trainings with Supervisor
• Assist in ELO verifications
