Job summary

The Jel Sert Company is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as the 3rd Shift Production Supervisor - Blending Department. This role supervises employees to maximize safety, quality, and productivity, coordinating daily production scheduling, lot control, and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The position requires leadership, strong English and Spanish communication, and experience in CP G, food/beverage, or packaging; college degree

Qualifications

Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and spoken English and Spanish.
Highly organized, methodical, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
Excellent multi-tasking abilities are required.
Ability to strategically plan to meet production schedules.
Utilization of leadership and teambuilding skills for employee growth and retention.

Responsibilities

Safety: line inspections, safety audits, safety meetings.
Quality: high-quality production, quality audits, clean environment; HACCP, CCP verification.
Lot control, inventory accuracy, and reporting.
Develop and operate within SOPs.
Cost/production efficiency, maintenance, and strategic planning for ongoing production.
Sanitation and housekeeping.
Employee relations issues.
