Job summary

Nesco Resource in Liberty, MO is seeking a Bindery Material Handler for the 3rd shift (11 p.m.–7 a.m.). You will read work orders, feed materials to bindery equipment, and stack finished products for the next stage.

The role requires basic warehouse knowledge, the ability to follow instructions safely, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced, noisy production area.

Hourly pay is $16.75 with a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, 401(k), and EAP.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of warehouse or manufacturing procedures.
• Ability to follow work instructions and safely operate around production equipment.
• Previous bindery, printing, manufacturing, or production equipment experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Understanding of basic industrial safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and follow verbal instructions to identify materials and production requirements.
• Feed, stack, jog, and move materials on and off bindery and finishing equipment.
• Neatly stack finished product on skids for the next stage of production.
• Box, strap, label, and skid products according to production tickets.
• Operate box taping and manual/automatic strapping equipment.
• Use a manual pallet jack and carts to move materials and finished products as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
