Job summary

Circle Beverage in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a 2nd Shift Production Operator. This full-time role runs Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM, at Circle's manufacturing headquarters with no remote option.

You will operate and adjust packaging equipment, participate in daily shift meetings, manage packaging/canning line inventory, and complete cleaning and sanitation per our Food Safety Plan. Ideal candidates lift up to 50 pounds, have lean manufacturing experience, value reliability and

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the USA.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience operating machinery in a lean manufacturing environment.
• Basic troubleshooting on packaging equipment (sleevers, tray packers, bundlers, and stretch wrappers).
• Experience in food or beverage production preferred.
• Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic.
• Enhanced attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment within assigned work stations and monitor operational settings
• Adjust assigned equipment for compliance with standard operating procedures
• Participate in daily shift meetings
• Manage product inventory, including working on the packaging/canning line to produce beverage products.
• Execute cleaning & sanitation tasks in accordance with Circle's Food Safety Plan
• Adhere to all safety guidelines at all times
