Job summary

Position Summary

Perform duties to mold and cure test balls, muni balls, pipeline cleaning balls and other related raw product in an oven or press frame.

Position Responsibilities

• Load balls into molds; pressurize mold as required; place molds into oven, bake. 40%*
• Remove and open molds, visually check for appearance-adherence to specs. 40%*
• Follow work schedule-oral and written. 5%*
• Complete required maintenance reports and records. 5%*
• Other duties as assigned. 5% *

Essential Job Functions

Knowledge and Experience Required

• One (1) year related work experience.
• Demonstrated basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to operate machinery.
• Ability to read and understand digital, needlepoint and other gauges.
• Problem solving skills.
• Decision making skills.

Preferred

• One (1) to two (2) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.

Education and Certification

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation Range for the Position

$16.95 - $22.04 - $27.12 USD

Offer amount determined by experience and review of internal talent.
