Position Summary: Perform duties to mold and cure test balls, muni balls, pipeline cleaning balls and other related raw product in an oven or press frame.

Position Responsibilities

• 1. Load balls into molds; pressurize mold as required; place molds into oven, bake. 40%*
• 2. Remove and open molds, visually check for appearance-adherence to specs. 40%*
• 3. Follow work schedule-oral and written. 5%*
• 4. Complete required maintenance reports and records. 5%*
• 5. Other duties as assigned. 5%*

Knowledge and Experience Required

• 1. One (1) year related work experience.
• 2. Demonstrated basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• 3. Good communication skills.
• 4. Ability to operate machinery.
• 5. Ability to read and understand digital, needlepoint and other gauges.
• 6. Problem solving skills.
• 7. Decision making skills.

Preferred

• 1. One (1) to two (2) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.

Education and Certification

• 1. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation Range for the Position

$16.95 - $22.04 - $27.12 USD

Offer amount determined by experience and review of internal talent.
