Job summary

Anomatic operates a production floor in New Albany, OH, seeking a production technician for the 3rd shift to maintain continuous operation of automated process equipment on the metalizing line. You will adjust, repair, replace, and modify components to keep production at designated rates while following safety procedures.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, changing over machines, clearing jams, performing preventative maintenance, and documenting changes in Syteline and Directline.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform machine changeovers from part to part.
• Ability to clear machine jams and perform routine cleaning.
• Troubleshoot machine defects including metal and plastic components.
• Diagnose electrical, pneumatic, and servo issues and repair as needed.
• Adjust and fabricate items to fit feeding systems and tooling.
• Document all machine changes in manufacturing records.

• Maintain continuous system operation on automated equipment.
• Document equipment history and changes in system records.
• Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance staff across shifts.
• Maintain spare parts inventory for production lines.
