The role requires a high-school diploma, 3–5 years of technical experience, strong analytical skills, and commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High-School Diploma required.
• 3–5 years of technical experience (mechanical and electrical) preferred.
• Strong analytical problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment, robotics, vision/inspection systems, and PLCs.
• Adjust 3‑axis CNC parameters for cutting accuracy and quality.
• Reset and manually troubleshoot robotic processes.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain laser optical lenses and silicone application dispensing units to meet quality standards.
• Monitor production metrics and participate in daily meetings to discuss efficiency and improvements.
