Job summary

SBA Group seeks an Automation Electrician for its first U.S. manufacturing operation in North Carolina. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair electrical and automated equipment to ensure safe, efficient production in a highly automated plant.

Join a facility employing over 250 professionals and operate on a 3rd shift (10pm–6am) after training on 1st shift, contributing to continuous improvement in a cutting-edge environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Technician in a manufacturing environment or similar industrial role.
• Strong Electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, automated environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on electrical systems and automated equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, control, and automation issues to minimize downtime.
• Install, test, and repair wiring, motors, drives, sensors, PLCs, and control panels.
• Read and interpret schematics and diagrams to troubleshoot equipment.
