Job summary

Pilkington North America Inc. in Phoenix is seeking an Auditor/Sit Down Forklift Operator for the 3rd shift to handle shipping/receiving of automotive glass parts.

You will use motorized equipment with on-board computers to ensure order accuracy and inventory control, and you may run reports on inventory and production. The role requires recent sit-down forklift experience, SAP familiarity, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Recent sit-down forklift experience is required.
• Quality and auditing experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of physical attributes of glass parts helpful.
• Demonstrated SAP knowledge is required.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic warehouse environment.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Able to lift 35–70 pounds on a frequent/daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for shipping and receiving automotive replacement safety glass products and supplies.
• Pick and pack glass products using motorized equipment with on-board computers.
• Run and create reports relating to inventory and production.
• Assist with internal and external customer questions.
• Perform inventory audits, part checks, and maintain shipping documents.
• Provide training to backup personnel; other duties as assigned.
