Shift Details

• 3rd Shift (Monday - Thursday, 7:30 pm to 6 am)

What You’ll Do:

1. Support machine operations: Assist the Operator in setting up, running, and maintaining equipment such as Rotary/Flat Bed Die Cutters, Flexo Folder Gluers, and Specialty Finishing/Converting Machines.
2. Maintain quality standards: Monitor product quality, conduct inspections, and ensure materials meet customer specifications.
3. Ensure safety & cleanliness: Follow all safety procedures, maintain a clean workspace, and help with basic machine upkeep.
4. Maximize efficiency: Assist in reducing downtime by helping with changeovers, troubleshooting minor issues, and keeping materials organized.
5. Learn & grow: Develop skills through hands-on experience and training to advance into an Operator role.

What You’ll Bring:

1. Manufacturing experience preferred (corrugated or packaging industry experience is a plus but not required).
2. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operations.
3. Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
4. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced production environment.
5. Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime as needed.
