Job Summary

The primary purpose of this job is to operate and monitor machines routinely used in the production of the organization’s product. Responsibilities may include basic setup, calibration, maintenance of equipment, and performing finish operations.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  • Adhere to Company Core Beliefs and all safety and quality requirements.
  • Operate machinery used in manufacturing with close supervision.
  • Assist in basic setup and calibration of equipment.
  • Load component materials and perform finishing operations.
  • Read and follow operating manuals, maintenance instructions, and procedures.
  • Inspect parts visually and dimensionally for conformance.
  • Follow documentation for product manufacturing.
  • Clean and maintain machinery as necessary.
  • Perform other functions as required.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational schooling preferred.
  • Minimum Experience: 0-1 year operating machinery in manufacturing.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Ability to read and understand blueprints.
  • Special Skills: Ability to work with small precision parts.
  • Other: Ability to read, comprehend, and follow detailed instructions.

Salary: $20 per hour plus 15% shift differential.
