• Previous leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assembly procedures and ensure quality standards in the assigned area.
• Train and develop team members; act as liaison between team members and section managers.
• Ensure 5S, continuous improvement, and standard work practices.
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced line.
• Communicate schedule, inventory, or manpower issues to the section manager.
• Perform administrative duties as needed.
